All services are subject to availability.

• All quotations are valid for the period specified in the quotation.
• Prices may change without notice.
• Additional work outside the original scope may incur extra charges.
• Installation timelines may vary depending on availability and site conditions.

• Payment terms will be specified on invoices or quotations.
• Late payments may result in suspension of services.
• Ownership of products remains with Green Vision Solaruntil full payment is received.

Products supplied may carry manufacturer warranties subject to manufacturer terms and conditions. Green Vision Solardoes not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of any product or service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Green Vision Solarshall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits
• Business interruption
• Data loss
• Downtime caused by third-party providers or force majeure events

Customers use services at their own risk.

You agree not to:

• Use the website unlawfully
• Attempt unauthorised access
• Distribute malicious software
• Copy or reproduce website content without permission

All website content, branding, graphics, logos, text, and media remain the property of Green Vision Solarunless otherwise stated. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

Some services may rely on third-party providers, including internet, cloud, VoIP, or payment providers. Green Vision Solaris not responsible for failures caused by third-party systems.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds, where applicable, are subject to:

• Work already completed
• Products already ordered
• Installation or service costs incurred

Custom or special-order products may not be refundable.

Support hours may vary depending on service agreements. Emergency or after-hours support may incur additional fees.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.

Green Vision Solarreserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
